Submission of a booking request through our online form does not constitute a guaranteed reservation. Reservations are finalized only when our dispatch team confirms vehicle availability and issues a trip confirmation ticket via email or phone.
Cancellations for standard sedan or SUV transfers must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations for stretch limousines, vans, or wedding packages require at least 72 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee matching the full trip cost.
All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. The booking passenger is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle's interior, upholstery, entertainment systems, or exterior by themselves or their guests.
